How I can help

From first idea to final mix.

Every project needs something different. I can get involved at the writing stage, take a demo through production, or jump in once everything’s recorded and ready to mix.

Write

Got the beginnings of a song but not sure where to take it? I can help with lyrics, melody, chords and structure, working with you to turn the idea into a song that feels finished.

Produce

Whether we’re starting with a voice note or a full demo, I’ll help build the arrangement, find the right sounds and get the best performances down. The aim is to make a record that sounds like you, only bigger.

Mix

Already recorded? Send me the multitracks and I’ll turn them into a punchy, polished mix that still feels like the band. Clear, loud and full of energy, without sanding off the interesting bits.

Hi! I’m Alex, a producer and mixer based in London. I work with indie and alt rock bands to turn their songs into finished records that are loud and clear, but capture the energy of their live shows.

I spend my days engineering and mixing sessions for Trevor Horn and artists including Bloc Party, Seal and The Corrs. I bring that same workflow and standards to every independent project I take on, working closely with artists such as Alien Chicks and Trunky Juno to create records that feel powerful, polished and true to what excited you about the song in the first place.
